If you are able to pull in data from Double such as average days to respond to a question in the client portal, this would be AMAZING - we have the team grade clients every year to identify which are the less than ideal ones (we need BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. to apply to the team as well as clients) and if we had data at our fingertips instead of the team judging by feel how responsive they are, it would be so helpful (and imagine being able to tell a client “so your average days to respond to us was 47…”)
