A major overhaul of the Email Assistant as it exits beta. Improved accuracy, context awareness, tone-matching, and integration with Client Intelligence with more powerful workflows and controls.

I have project based clients and ongoing retainer clients - I'd love a way to tag and filter those. I can see other applications of this too - service tiers, etc.

Ask questions like “Which clients did I promise to follow up with by month-end?”

Richer prompting options to control Chat behavior, tone, and output structures.

Coaching system built on leading accounting influencers’ content (Jason Staats, etc.).

Ping asks: “Did you follow up with X client? It seemed important.”

Show a list of all commitments the user has made to clients (“things I said I’d do”).

Build a repeatable sales pipeline workflow for prospects → clients.

Create phased plans for onboarding or advisory engagements and track execution.

Store firm documents and allow Ping to reference them when drafting content or replies.
