Imagine having a "library" of meeting videos available to clients... This is something that can be done via Loom and could be seen by clients as not only a great resource but also show the number of meetings we've had with them.

And THEN imagine if the client could also us the "Ask Ping" to quickly find things that WE (the bookkeepers/accountants) said - not sure how many would be I'm finding the Client Intelligence to be fabulous because it pulls in both meeting and email!

I like it. We won't have the same functionality as Loom completely, but I think we can scratch a lot of the same itches.

With Loom pricing having just increased, it would be amazing to be able to record a demo of how to do something in QBO, run through a report, etc. and share it using Ping…
